Things owners usually ask
Will it read my supplier's bill correctly?
Most bills read cleanly, including multi-page ones. You always see the result before anything is saved, so you can fix a wrong batch number or date in a moment. If a bill gives trouble, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will look at it.
Do I need a computer or billing software?
No. ExpiryGuard runs on a normal Android phone and works on its own. It does not replace your billing software and does not need to connect to it.
How far ahead does it remind me?
Far enough that returns are still accepted. Because most distributors stop taking stock once the expiry month begins, the reminder is built around that deadline rather than the printed date.
Is my shop's data safe?
Your stock is visible only to your own account, and everything travels over an encrypted connection. You can delete all of it yourself from Settings, or email us and we will do it. We do not sell data and we never ask for card details in the app. See the privacy policy.
Will money be taken from my account automatically?
Never. There is no recurring mandate and no saved card. You pay for a period, and when it ends you decide whether to pay again.
